Learn how to apply to The Opened Bible Academy.
The Opened Bible Academy (“OBA”) has a simple mission: we are dedicated to offering offer exceptional biblical and theological education tuition-free to anyone to whom God has given the desire.
Donors who believe in this vision generously provide the funding for OBA’s programs, which allows us to remove the barrier of cost for our students. To that end, admission to an OBA program requires applicants to demonstrate that they are committed to the program in which they wish to enroll. The admissions process is intended to serve that purpose and is intentionally rigorous and taken very seriously.
Our cohorts begin two times a year for the US (January and July) and once a year for Europe (January). To begin the admission process you must attend an Information Session. See the dates and times for the Information Sessions in the schedule below.
Attending an OBA Information Session is the perfect opportunity to learn about OBA and get a glimpse of why our students and alumni are so passionate about the OBA!

Information Sessions
Attending an Opened Bible Academy (OBA) Information Session provides an excellent opportunity to learn more about the OBA and gain insight into why our students and alumni are so passionate about their experience.
Participation in an Information Session is required in order to receive an application.
Information Sessions for the January 2027 cohorts are provided below.

Applications for the January 2027 cohorts will open in September 2026. Applications will be available only to those who attend an OBA Information Session.
